Fireplace allow brands to determine if their items are returnable or non-returnable. This information will be found under each product page. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

FREE RETURN for any returnable items.

To return eligible items, you must request a return within 3 days of the delivery date, and return the item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days once we receive your return. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN ONLINE

1. Go to Return Center page and put your order number and order email address to access return page.

2. Fill out and submit the requested return information.

3. You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request and return shipping label. Once you receive your confirmation email, please complete your return within 5 days of the delivery date.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Items returned shipped after 5 days of the delivery date, or with the security tag missing or removed, or worn, altered, washed or damaged, are not eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED RETURNABLE IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: swimwear, underwear, bodysuits, sunglasses, anything that says FINALE SALE, and on-sale (marked down) items.

EXCHANGE ITEMS

Only items that are returnable can be exchanged. To exchange items, please follow the return policy and place a new order on site.
